Guthrie Suit - Tan Stripe

Turn heads in our Tan Guthrie Stripe Suit, a show of self-confidence for the Victorian gentleman. No one knows the origins of pinstripes precisely, but historians suggest that the style made the leap to lounge suits via earlier 19th century fashions found in the sporting fields.

This handsomely draped, three-piece suit in light brown features a fully-lined, notch-collar jacket, two front flap pockets, one breast pocket and two interior pockets. The fully-lined, notched collar vest sports four front pockets for a watch and other accessories. Matching zip-front, pleated pants are also included. Two front side pockets, two button-close back pockets and belt loops add convenience to these partially-lined trousers.

Exterior fashioned from 100% wool and 100% viscose lining. Imported. Professionally dry clean only. Available in sizes 40R - 52R and 40L - 48L.

Coat: Coats are made with typical American sizing, meaning your chest measurement (in inches) is the size you should choose. To measure your chest: Raise your arms slightly and measure just under your arms. Be sure to cross over the shoulder blades and the fullest part of the chest. If your belly measures larger than your chest, use your belly measurement for coat size. Longs: If indicated in the selection list (e.g. 46L,) long sizes may also be available. Longs are approximately 2" longer in the back and sleeves.
