Basic Pocket Med Sleeve

The Basic Pocket Med Sleeve is a protective pouch intended to contain and safeguard a couple items of small trauma gear, which may include a pressure dressing, hemostatic gauze, or chest seals. We highly recommend compact versions of these as optimal for low-profile carry in any of our everyday carry products. To deploy the items, a simple squeeze at the closed-bottom end will immediately force the contained items up and out for grasping.While this list is not all-inclusive, we have tested these representative items and can usually fit any two into the sleeve easily. Most current chest seals including the HyFin may be safely folded for storage without compromising their function. The BPMS fits most pants and cargo pants and jacket pockets.
