Today I have some complainant to make as a handbag making factory .If you feel the same ,pls give us a praise and tell it to your friend .
It is more and more difficult to open a bag making factory .Orders have became smaller and smaller.Profit became thiner and thiner .Harder to imploy workers .

First,Orders have became smaller and smaller

As economy develops,consumers demand improves ,consumers do not want to wear the same bag and tend to personalized customization. So the  requirements for  leather factory will be more and more high .More styles and more color choice is a must .

Second,Profit became thiner and thiner.

If you open a leather factory ,in the past ,the profit is relatively high .But now ,expect for those high end luxury brand,the profit is hard to see .
All the  factory is basically risking raising the workers. Of course there are many bosses insisting on this cause .Our boss is one of them who is determind on this .

Third,harder and harder to hire workers .
If you ever work in a bag factory ,you would know that the main age of workers is over 30 .
What is the character of these people ? These people are the pillars of their family .Up ,they have old people to feed .Down ,they have children to raise .
So they have great burden .If the salary is too low ,they could not raise the family .If the wage is too high ,great burden for the factory .This is a dilema for leather bag factory .

let us have a look at the young people .Now the post 90s is not willing to stay in the factory .As the education level raises ,the degree of young people became higher and their vision is broader ,too .They think that they could choose at their will and they could be somebody .Their talent should not be wasted at such humble and cheap place .
